Heard about iPod Mini which is made of wood? Well, check this is out created by Josh from Australia. It's handmade from Australian red cedar, Camphor Laurel for the clickwheel, brass plates, brass screws and the body of the wooden iPod mini. It uses screws, no glue need but the click is attached to the sensor via double-sided tape.
