Acer TravelMate 5730 features a 15.4-inch WXGA widescreen display with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with up to 2GB of dual-channel DDRII memory and the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset. TravelMate 5730 offers a choice of graphic solutions (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470/HD 3650, nVidia GeForce 9300M GS or Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD graphics card). The connectivity includes wireless (802.11a/g/n), Gigabit Ethernet LAN , modem connection & WWAN connectivity on 3G specific-configurations.
TravelMate 7730 has a larger widescreen dispaly, 17-inch WXGA with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset, and up to 4GB of DDR2 667 MHz memory. TravelMate 7730 comes with either integrated 3D graphics (Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500MHD), or discrete nVidia GeForce 9600M GT/9300M GS graphics for high-performance 3D graphics and HD viewing. The 7730 offers one or two large Serial ATA hard disks for up to 320GB of storage. It has a multi-in-one card reader and a DVD-Super Multi optical drive (it can be configured with a Blu-ray drive as well). The TravelMate 7730 offers 802.11a/b/g/draft-n wireless, plus LAN, modem, and Bluetooth connectivity.
